Who you are
You are a well-rounded Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering construction projects successfully. You take ownership of results, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams. You are solution-focused, adaptable, and committed to doing the right thing — even when it is challenging. You bring a balanced approach to managing cost, schedule, quality, safety, and client relationships, and you consistently look for better ways to deliver work and support your team.

What you bring to the table
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• University or College degree/diploma in Civil, Structural, Construction, or Architectural Technology
• A thorough understanding of Construction processes and practices, and you are able to review and understand building plans in Ontario.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with software such as MS Project, MS Office, Bluebeam, Jonas, or similar project management software
• Gold Seal, LEED, or PMP certification considered an asset
• Valid G Licence

Who you are
You are an experienced Site Superintendent who takes pride in running safe, organized, and productive job sites. You lead from the front, communicate clearly, and hold yourself and others accountable for quality, safety, and results. You are practical, solutions-focused, and confident coordinating trades, managing schedules, and translating drawings into well-executed work. You value teamwork, take ownership of site outcomes, and understand the importance of doing the right thing — even when it is challenging.

What you bring to the table
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Site Superintendent or senior site supervisory role within the ICI construction industry
• Strong working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing
• Proven ability to lead trades and crews while maintaining a safe and respectful job site
•Solid organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced field environment
•A thorough understanding of Construction processes and practices, and you are able to review and understand building plans in Ontario.
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Valid G Licence
•Required safety certifications including WHMIS and Working at Heights
•Proficiency with software programs such as MS Project, MS Office and Bluebeam
• Post-secondary education in Civil, Architectural, Structural, or Construction-related disciplines considered an asset
• Gold Seal certification considered an asset
• Supervisory Awareness & Accountability training considered an asset

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing detailed proposals, and ensuring that all aspects of the construction projects are financially viable. Duties
•Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and other documentation.
•Utilize software tools to create accurate estimates and manage project data.
•Conduct thorough analysis of labor, material, and overhead costs to ensure competitive pricing.
•Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
•Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best pricing and terms.
•Monitor project budgets and expenditures to maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Dozer Operator – Sewer, Water and Earthworks Position Available

Dozer Operator – Sewer, Water and Earthworks
Simcoe County
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dozer Operator to support municipal infrastructure projects, including road reconstruction, water and sewer installation, stormwater systems, grading, and site preparation. This role requires strong attention to safety, quality, and adherence to municipal standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
•Operate dozers to complete fine and rough grading for roads, boulevards, utility trenches, and municipal right-of-way work
•Support installation of watermains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and related civil infrastructure
•Work from engineered drawings, grade stakes, and instructions from site supervisors or municipal inspectors
•Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
•Maintain safe operation around underground utilities, pedestrian areas, and active municipal job sites
•Assist with site preparation, backfilling, compaction, and erosion-control measures
•Follow all municipal safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies

Qualifications
•Proven experience operating dozers in civil construction or municipal infrastructure environments
•Valid heavy equipment operator certification or equivalent experience
•Strong understanding of municipal grading standards, compaction requirements, and utility corridor safety
•Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and municipal specifications
•Physically capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions
•Strong communication skills and ability to work with inspectors, engineers, and crew members
Preferred Assets

•Familiarity with GPS-guided dozer systems
