A cancellation notice must be received 5 business days prior to class start time. If less than 5 days, you will be charged the full course fee.

***Certification of competency requires successful completion of both a written in-class examination and a hands-on practical skills evaluation to be completed at your workplace or job site. The evaluation fee is $70 per person per assessment. Additional fees may apply for multiple equipment evaluations and locations outside our standard service area. Candidates should complete their practical evaluation within 90 days of successfully completing the course. ***
