1. Document Registration Numbers<\/strong><\/p>\n

No Refunds\/Exchanges:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each document is assigned its own registration number. If you are uncertain about which documents to purchase, please contact the Canadian Construction Association at 613-236-9455 or the Barrie Construction Association at 705-726-5864 ext. 1 for clarification<\/p>\n

2. Document Seals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Refunds\/Exchanges Permitted<\/strong><\/p>\n

We accept returns. You can return unused seals within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.<\/p>\n

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.<\/p>\n

3. Education Classes<\/strong><\/p>\n

A cancellation notice must be received 48 hours prior to class start time. If less than 48 hours, you will be charged the full course fee.<\/p>\n

4. Safety Training Classes\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A cancellation notice must be received within 6 days of class start time. If less than 6 days and no shows will be charged the full course fee.<\/p>\n
