At heights or on the ground, the BCA helps ensure your employees are trained for every situation.
Employee training and education are essential and mandatory in every workplace. Training is about gaining the skills and knowledge needed for a safe work environment. At the BCA, we strive for excellence in all safety training which is why we offer the most current training as per ministry standards.
We feel it is important for everyone to be properly trained and have all of the knowledge they need to be safe at work. The BCA offers safety training on the most popular subjects in the construction industry by certified instructions right from our own facility. We can, however, customize training to meet your company’s needs. Additional dates can also be arranged to best suit your business’s needs.
Please note that class sizes are limited and are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Don’t delay and book your spots today!

This training is focused on helping supervisors integrate safety into their environment without compromising their performance goals. In Ontario,
supervisors have legal responsibilities under the Occupational Health & Safety Act to provide a safe work environment and direct workers to perform
work safely. Employers are required to hire competent supervisors and provide them with the resources to create and maintain a safe working environment in addition to meeting their productivity and quality goals for their business.
This training will help you effectively integrate safety into your work environment so you can achieve both.
