BestBidz is Ontario’s Construction Association Network – a collaboration between 12 Local Construction Associations (LCAs) across the province. BestBidz has been created with the common goal of enhancing communication between buyers and sellers of construction in Ontario by providing a state-of-the-art online marketplace to facilitate tendering.

BestBidz on Demand
The LCA has recently introduced a new “invitation to bid” software for general contractors known as BestBidz on Demand. This software has the ability to replace a number of programs and processes your business may be currently employing to manage your subcontractor database including. From distributing plans and specs (such as FTP) to sending out bid invitations and tracking responses from subs, this new program streamlines interactions and increases efficiency for your business. Each of the LCAs that comprise BestBidz are non-profit organizations that have been serving their community for decades – some as early as 1867.
These member-supported, mixed-trade organizations are committed to providing service in the areas of advocacy, relationship building, standard practices, construction documents and seals, commissioner of oaths, education, training, communications and social networking. In addition, BestBidz has also formed an unprecedented strategic alliance with Construction Market Data (CMD); Canada’s leading provider of construction project data, plans and specifications, news, analytics and forecasts. As an added benefit of this alliance, members of our association get exclusive discounts on CMD products.
