The BCA is committed to offering our members opportunities for career development, skill enhancement and safety training. Our association utilizes the resources of organizations that are affiliated with the construction industry in order to provide members with the best learning resources for our unique industry. The BCA has a dedicated training room which includes all of the necessary equipment to learn in a private, comfortable atmosphere.

If you’re an employer with a particular demand of skills, the Canada-Ontario Job Grant may be right for you. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. Learn more here.

Education Seminars

The educational seminars hosted by the BCA are presented in two formats: The Business Builders Breakfast and The Lunchbox Series. The Business Builders Breakfast is held from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Topics include products and services that can help businesses run more effectively. A light breakfast and coffee are provided. The Lunchbox Series are held over the lunch hour from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The topics for these seminars range from the latest industry news and changes to lessons that can guide you in running a successful business. Additionally, time for questions and answers is included to promote discussion between members. Lunch is provided.
